We are looking for a Head of People to lead the People function, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play a key role in designing and executing talent, operations, and culture strategy – making a real impact on the business.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and inspire the People team
- Develop and implement strategies for talent, operations, and company culture
- Work closely with the CEO to align People initiatives with business goals
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

What we’re looking for:

- 6+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience in Talent/HR
- Proactive, hands-on, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Advanced English
- University degree completed
- On-site 2 days per week
