Responsibilities:

- Follow up consistently with leads to manage the appointment pipeline
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with the sales and operations teams
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointment setting and lead generation
- Achieve a standard of setting at least 3 qualified appointments per day

Desirable Previous Experience:
Experience in customer service or phone-based sales. Familiarity with CRM systems. Prior work in appointment setting or outbound calling roles
