About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Brand Strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and AI-powered creative production.
This is a high-output, high-impact role for someone who can take ownership of the creative process, scale it alongside our Creative Director, and serve as an executional brand guardian — ensuring our voice and visuals stay sharp across every touchpoint.
You’ll collaborate daily with Olga (Creative Director) and work closely with multiple internal teams and external agencies to produce performance-ready creative at scale — using both your creative instincts and analytical mindset to deliver content that converts and elevates the brand.
What You’ll Do
Creative Brief Development
Create 10–15 creative briefs per week initially, with a goal to scale toward 30–50 briefs/week as systems and support are established.
Tie briefs to product drops, seasonal themes, and customer personas (e.g., A01, A02).
AI-Powered Ideation & Production
Use ChatGPT for ideation, copy, and structure.
Explore and experiment with tools such as Toastoy, Midjourney, Motion, Pencil Pro (or similar alternatives) to accelerate production and performance.
Content Creation & Optimization
Partner with production teams and agencies to create 200+ ad assets/month — including hooks, scripts, and visuals.
Generate and test 300+ modular ad variations monthly for paid social and other performance channels.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Align messaging with Paid Media, Email, and Influencer teams.
Coordinate creative delivery with our email marketing, paid media, and SEO agencies.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Own the creative testing dashboard (hook rate, ROAS, CPA, scroll stop %, win rate).
Lead weekly creative review sessions to extract learnings and raise the creative bar.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in performance creative, brand strategy, or copywriting for DTC or luxury brands.
Proven Track Record: Ability to generate high-performing creative that improves CPA and scales campaigns.
Creative + Analytical Balance: Can do storytelling with a premium tone and optimize for performance.
Tech-Enabled: Comfortable using (or quickly learning) AI-powered creative tools.
Collaborative Spirit: Skilled at working across departments and with external partners.
Success Metrics
Briefs: Grow from 10–15/week to 30–50/week
Assets: 200+ new creative assets per month
Hook Rate: 3%+ on Meta/YouTube
CPA: <$55 on A01-type segments
Creative Wins: 50+ new winning concepts per quarter
