Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time Investor in Buenos Aires to work across the entire investment cycle: sourcing, evaluating, and supporting startups as they scale. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a genuine passion for technology and the Latin American entrepreneurial ecosystem, along with high integrity, commitment, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively source and evaluate deals, identifying top founders and trends through research and networking.
• Lead and support due diligence efforts, including data analysis, market research, and deep dives with founding teams, clients, and industry experts.
• Support portfolio companies with day-to-day needs and strategic projects, including fundraising, hiring, operations, and Board participation.
• Contribute to internal discussions on fund strategy, portfolio performance, and preparation of materials for LPs and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
• Outstanding academic track record, with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Business fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in tech and startups in Latin America.
• Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, collaboration, ownership, and strong work ethic.
