We are looking for one of our clients: a Financial Controller. Our client is US based, SEC registered Family Office serving global families, managing +1B USD in assets. Client families are from the US, Europe & LATAM. The company has contractors who provide services internationally.

The ideal candidate: an experienced business professional, with outstanding English. Passionate about problem solving and improving status-quo. Detailed oriented and eager to find errors or room for improvement. Must have a deep interest in finance, tax, investments, and business structuring.

● 2-3 y of experience in financial controlling, accounting.
● Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar
● Corporate experience in multinational companies, within the finance areas (it is a plus of background is from big 4 accounting firms)
Some of the responsibilities
1- Process & organize family information, to identify missing documents and follow-up.
2- Coordinate and follow-up on tax matters with family advisors and work with team members.
3- Costs audit
4- Accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting.
5- Preparing internal and external financial reports, tailored to the user’s needs.
6- Verification of timely payments, correct invoicing, rebates applications, credit cards etc.
