Professional Opportunity at TAYSA
TAYSA is looking to recruit an Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. At TAYSA, analysts are integral members of lean deal teams, working closely with senior bankers on high-profile M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions. Our senior team brings extensive experience from Lazard, providing analysts with direct access to industry-leading insights, client exposure, and complex transaction structures.

Role and Responsibilities
In this role, the analyst will assist with various tasks associated with M&A, VC and PE assignments, including:
• Preparing pitch materials for client presentations
• Conducting in-depth business and market research
• Creating and analyzing spreadsheets, business plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Performing financial analysis and valuations
• Preparing Confidential Information Memoranda
• Enhancing the quality and timeliness of client-related work

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a combination of the following attributes:
• Strong academic performance in an undergraduate program; GPA required
• Background in accounting, finance, economics and industrial engineering is preferred but not required
• Recent or upcoming graduate status (full-time role)
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under demanding schedules and adapt to tight deadlines
• High motivation, enthusiasm, responsibility and analytical skills are of the essence
