Role Overview
We're seeking a strategic content writer with experience in B2B SaaS to own the creation of high-impact content that fuels both marketing and sales enablement efforts. This role blends long-form content writing, SEO strategy, and the development of sales collateral that empowers our team and drives conversions. You’ll be a key partner in building a scalable content engine that supports the full buyer journey.

Content Creation
Write and edit high-quality, long-form content including:
Blog posts
Customer stories
Playbooks
Thought leadership articles
Email newsletters
Web copy
Build downloadable lead magnets such as:
Ebooks
Guides
Templates
Checklists
All to support growth, lead generation, and sales campaigns!
Sales Enablement & Internal Support
Create and maintain a robust library of sales enablement content:
One-pagers
Case studies
Objection handlers
Sales decks
Translate technical inputs and internal knowledge into clear, polished, and persuasive collateral for use across the sales cycle
SEO & Organic Growth
Conduct keyword research and plan SEO strategy for all content initiatives
Optimize all web and blog content for visibility, discoverability, and user intent
Monitor performance of organic content (rankings, traffic, engagement) and refine content strategy accordingly
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in B2B content writing (preferably SaaS or marketing tech)
Proven success writing across the funnel — from blogs to bottom-of-funnel sales materials
Strong grasp of SEO principles and keyword-driven content strategy
Experience creating or supporting sales enablement content (case studies, one-pagers, decks)
Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring skills
Highly collaborative and comfortable working with sales, marketing, and design teams
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with basic formatting/design tools (Canva, PowerPoint, or Figma) for basic layout of assets
Experience with content performance tracking tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO)
Engagement Details
Freelance / part-time
Remote (LatAm strongly preferred)
Flexible schedule
Initial workload: ~1–2 content pieces or sales assets per week
Duration: 1-3 months
Working hours: less than 30hs per week.
