Job Title: Technology Analyst (Consultant) – Latin America

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technology Analyst (Consultant) based in Latin America or the Caribbean to support our internal technology operations. This support would be through the use of low-code tools and SaaS platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and has a proven track record of developing scalable solutions using Airtable, Zapier, FillOut, scripting and other low-code platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain low-code applications and workflows to streamline business operations
Develop custom solutions in Airtable, including advanced scripting, automations, integrations, and data architecture
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology workflows
Identify inefficiencies in existing systems and propose practical improvements using SaaS tools
Configure and optimize integrations across tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Fillout, Stacker, Softr, and other business platforms
Document processes and technical implementations clearly and thoroughly
Provide support and troubleshooting for internal tech tools and automations
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, especially in business automation and workflow optimization
Strong experience with Airtable, including scripting, interface design, and complex base structures
Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and tools such as Zapier, Fillout, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms
Ability to write simple scripts (e.g., JavaScript in Airtable) to customize functionality
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working as a remote consultant for U.S.-based companies
Background in operations, technology implementation, or process improvement
Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks is a plus
