Role:
A B2B SaaS website copywriter to help rewrite and optimize Letterhead’s website during a relaunch. This person will take the company’s refined messaging strategy and craft copy that is customer-centric, conversion-focused, and SEO-smart.
Key Responsibilities:
Write copy for core website pages including homepage, product, pricing, and features
Translate complex features into benefits-focused, easy-to-read language
Apply SEO best practices including meta descriptions and keyword targeting
Collaborate with marketing and design to align copy with user flows
Work from briefs and wireframes, and deliver copy ready for dev/design handoff
Ideal Background:
3–5 years experience writing for B2B SaaS websites
Portfolio with examples of site copy that drives engagement or conversions
Strong understanding of user behavior and call-to-ac tion strategies
Able to quickly grasp product positioning and ICPs
Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Engagement Details:
Contract-based
Project scope: full website rewrite (10-15 pages total)
$60–100/hour depending on experience
