Role:
A freelance hybrid writer-designer responsible for producing polished, on-brand sales enablement materials for Letterhead. This person will create the copy and the final visual design for collateral like one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and leave-behinds. Their work should help Sales clearly communicate Letterhead’s value proposition, features, and customer success stories to prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Sales Collateral Creation: Write and design sales one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, feature highlight sheets, and pitch decks. You will take raw inputs (bullets, customer notes, rough outlines) and turn them into polished, ready-to-use materials.
Write Persuasive Copy: Create clear, customer-centric messaging that speaks to pain points, benefits, and use cases. Adapt tone and format depending on the asset type.
Design Visually Appealing Layouts: Use tools like Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, or PowerPoint to produce clean, modern layouts that elevate the content. Must be comfortable using Letterhead's brand guidelines and design standards.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing lead and sales team to understand positioning, audience needs, and current gaps in materials. Iterate based on feedback and align content with brand voice and messaging.
Maintain Consistency: Ensure all assets follow brand design and messaging standards. Refresh old assets when needed to bring them in line with the current look and feel.
Deliver Print and Digital Formats: Provide export-ready formats for sharing online, in emails, and for print where needed. Decks should be editable by the sales team.
Ideal Background:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement, marketing design, or brand communications
Strong portfolio that includes finished assets like case studies, one-pagers, and pitch decks
Excellent writing and visual communication skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools, and comfortable working in Google Slides or PowerPoint for deck formatting
Can work quickly and independently with high attention to detail
Experience with SaaS or software products is a major plus
Availability and Pay Range:
This is a part-time, contract role with flexible hours. Looking for someone available to take on 1–2 assets per week in the beginning.
Estimated rate: $60–90 per hour depending on experience and turnaround speed.
