About the Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Jr. to support our end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and presenting top creative and digital professionals across the LATAM region for temporary, part-time, and full-time roles.

Responsibilities
> Understand and analyze the role profiles provided by internal clients.
> Write and publish job postings across various platforms (company portal, LinkedIn, universities, external job boards, etc.).
> Screen applicants and conduct interviews for roles sourced both internally and externally.
> Create and deliver structured interview summaries and candidate reports.
> Present qualified candidates to internal teams or external clients.
> Coordinate client interviews and collect feedback.
> Request and review professional references.
> Prepare onboarding documentation and manage HR system updates for new hires.

Requirements
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
> Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.
> Advanced English (written and spoken).
> Strong communication and organizational skills.
> Intermediate knowledge of Office/Google Workspace.
> Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Hiring Room, Bumeran (nice to have).
> Not mandatory, but a plus: Passion for creativity, advertising, content creation, or design.
