Job Overview
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to become a part of our Finance Team. The Finance Analyst’s role is to keep financial records up to date, managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments, and following up on past-due invoices with customers.

Responsibilities
§ Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
§ Processing and recording financial transactions.
§ Maintaining records of payments and account statuses.
§ Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
§ Adjusting invoices and issuing credit memos when appropriate.
§ Collaborating on debt collection strategies.
§ Contacting debtors by telephone to negotiate debt recovery.
§ Negotiating settlements to recover a maximum percentage of outstanding debt.
§ Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all documents, payment plans, and amounts paid.

Qualifications
§ Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
§ Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with strong mathematical and computer skills.
§ Solid understanding of payments, accounting processes, and budgeting.
§ Strong practical knowledge (know-how) in accounting processes or advanced university student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields, close to graduation.
§ Between 0 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
§ Ability to develop debt recovery plans and mitigate losses while keeping accounts receivables and past-due balances within company objectives.

Work Scheme
§ Type of contract: Indefinite-term contract.
§ Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
§ Work modality: On-site position in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
