Strategic Operations Associate (Client-Facing)
Remote | Work with leading U.S. companies

We are hiring for several open positions with a fast-growing U.S.-based company operating at the intersection of operations, technology, and AI. These roles are part of a coordinated hiring effort focused on top candidates from a select group of universities.

This role sits at the center of operations and strategy, working closely with clients and coordinating execution across specialized teams and modern AI tools.

About the Role

You will act as a strategic operator and primary point of contact for clients, helping manage day-to-day execution while also thinking proactively about how to improve operations and outcomes.

Rather than simply executing tasks, you will help coordinate work across specialists, systems, and automation tools to ensure projects move forward efficiently and clients are consistently supported.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business and priorities

Manage communications, scheduling, and operational coordination

Coordinate work across specialized teams (design, development, content, etc.)

Use modern tools and AI systems to automate workflows and increase efficiency

Build and maintain internal systems, workflows, and documentation

Conduct research, analysis, and operational tasks across different projects

Ensure quality control before deliverables reach clients

Provide updates, reports, and proactive recommendations to clients

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–5 years of professional experience (operations, consulting, project management, executive support, or similar roles)

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Comfortable interacting directly with founders and executives in the U.S.

Strong organizational and operational thinking

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly

Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
