Who our clients are looking for:
An energetic analyst who will join an East Coast-based firm to help implement investment recommendations, create prospective client proposals, and assist with the operational aspects of managing client accounts. The Analyst will work alongside a Financial Advisor and other firm members to offer support in various ways. Our client's dynamic culture creates a hands-on training opportunity for highly motivated self-starters interested in the wealth management industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Account Administration: Quarterly/Ad Hoc portfolio reporting.
2. Investment Portfolio Implementation:
3. Work with the Advisor to create custom portfolios that adhere to the firm’s guidelines.
4. Portfolio Rebalance Recommendations:
5. Monitor client portfolios and propose changes as appropriate.
6. Client Relationship Management: Work with the Advisor to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Prospective Client Proposals: Work with the Advisor to create presentations for prospective clients.
8. Data Management: Assist with the maintenance of investment performance and other data.
9. Operations: Assist with upper management in day-to-day operations of the firm, such as billing, sorting documents, prepping client investment documents, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1. Undergraduate degree from an accredited college in Finance or a related field with strong academic credentials.
2. Recent graduate.
3. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
4. Focus on Wealth Management as a career.
5. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify difficult financial concepts to educate a less experienced audience.
6. Proficiency in Excel.
7. Detail-oriented, self-starter, takes initiative.
8. Team player, collaborative, able to work with others.
9. Accurate, organized, and able to set priorities.
10. Of the highest integrity.

12. Desire and ability to grow in a small company environment.
