We are looking for a HR Intern to join our team.
What are the position's challenges?
Human Resources Management:
Assist in the employee onboarding process using HR systems and coordinate pre-employment assessments.
Serve as the initial point of contact for new team members joining our organization.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the onboarding plan.
University Relations and Event Coordination:
Maintain contact with universities to facilitate recruitment opportunities.
Collaborate in organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
HR System Maintenance and Improvement:
Contribute to the use, update, and continuous improvement of the human resources management system.
Training:
Provide support and participate in employee training activities as needed.
Who are we looking for?
University student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
