needing comprehensive HR and Talent Acquisition (full life cycle recruiting) services. We are
looking for a motivated Sales Lead Generator and Appointment Setter to join our team and help
us grow our client base.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation
Research and identify potential clients in the B2C (individual career coaching)
and B2B (HR outsourcing for businesses) sectors.
Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM databases, social media platforms, and other
resources to find and verify new prospects.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through emails, cold calling, and social
media engagement.

2. Outreach and Engagement
Contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our services
and assess interest.
Tailor pitches for both individual clients (career coaching) and businesses (HR
outsourcing).
Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to establish rapport and
credibility.

3. Appointment Setting
Schedule meetings and consultations between qualified leads and our career
coaches or HR consultants.
Manage calendars, handle confirmations, and follow up to ensure clients show up
for scheduled meetings.
Update CRM system with all activities, tracking interactions, lead status, and
appointment details.

4. Market Research and Strategy
Stay informed about trends in career coaching and HR outsourcing.
Provide feedback on the market and client needs to inform sales strategies.
Support marketing and sales campaigns to optimize lead-generation efforts.

5. Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and
appointment-setting effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.

Qualifications
Experience:
4+ years proven Sales/Marketing experience in lead generation and appointment
setting, ideally within B2C and B2B environments.
Background in HR, career coaching, or related industries is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting targets.

Soft Skills:
Adaptability, resilience, and persistence in client outreach.
A team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
