Position Summary:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers joining the platform. Your goal is to provide a seamless, efficient onboarding experience—ensuring that strong processes and best practices are implemented from the start. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to help customers understand the software, guide them through platform setup, and proactively support them so they can quickly realize increased order volume and platform benefits.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (8 hours + 1-hour lunch)
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding: Proactively reach out to customers to facilitate their go-live process using the established onboarding checklist.
Customer Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with customers, anticipating their needs and addressing questions as they arise.
Organizational Excellence: Keep meticulous track of onboarding progress, maintain organized records, and stay responsive to customer and team inquiries.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to handle immediate requests and ensure customers receive timely assistance.
Platform Integration: Upload and manage links across various platforms (e.g., WordPress, GoDaddy, Square) for smooth setup.
Constant Communication: Stay updated on new customers or potential onboarding cycles.
Daily Google Support: Manage tasks related to Google My Business (GMB) and Reserve by Google to optimize customer listings.
Task Management: Use available tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track, manage, and prioritize onboarding tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong B2B communication ability; comfortable and confident speaking with business owners and leaders.
Preferred Sales Experience: Experience in sales or upselling is a plus, as you will present new product offerings and renewals.
Language Skills: Fluent in English required. Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
Organization & Efficiency: Proven ability to stay organized, work quickly and efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience: Familiarity with the restaurant industry or working with business owners/managers is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot, Slack, and/or Aircall preferred; familiarity with WordPress, GoDaddy, and Square also beneficial.
