Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Financial Analyst (Support) to join our Argentina team. This
role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to grow into senior positions while
learning advanced modeling techniques from industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in historical financial statement analysis (P&L, working capital, capex)
using pivot tables and trial balances.
Support development of bottom-up three-statement models, including detailed
P&L, bookingsdriven revenue forecasts, backlog burndown, and pipeline
forecasts.
Update models with new historical data and rollforward forecasts.
Conduct variance checks and prepare supporting schedules.
Learn Crosstree’s best practices and progress toward independent ownership of
deliverables.

Qualifications (MustHave)
Fluent English (written and spoken).
1–3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, scenario analysis).
Solid accounting foundation and familiarity with U.S. GAAP financials.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Availability during Argentina/U.S. business hours overlap.

Preferred Experience
Coursework or project experience in financial modeling.
Exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.
PowerPoint presentation skills.
Progress toward CFA or other professional finance certifications (e.g., ACCA) is
a plus.
