This role is not about experimentation from scratch. The foundation already works.
Your job is to scale it intelligently, profitably, and predictably.
We’re looking for a senior-level performance marketer who understands paid acquisition,
funnel architecture, and conversion optimization, and who is excited to apply those skills to
a high-ticket, credibility-driven coaching business.
If you know how to turn expertise into consistent lead flow, booked calls, and enrolled clients —
this is a rare seat.
What You Will Own
You will be responsible for the entire digital growth engine, end to end.
Paid Media & Lead Generation
● Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other relevant
channels
● Scale profitable campaigns that drive qualified CRE leads, not tire-kickers
● Build creative testing systems focused on authority, proof, and education (not hype)
● Manage budgets with clear ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets
Funnels & Landing Pages
● Design and optimize funnels for:
○ Lead magnets / webinars / VSLs
○ Strategy call bookings
○ High-ticket coaching enrollment
● Build and optimize landing pages with clear positioning, trust, and conversion flow
● Improve show-up rates, close rates, and overall funnel efficiency
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
● Systematically test headlines, offers, CTAs, page layouts, and ad angles
● Optimize for quality of lead, not just volume
● Increase conversion rates without increasing ad spend
Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
● Own tracking, pixels, events, and attribution
● Build simple, clear reporting tied to revenue — not vanity metrics
● Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and deploy solutions quickly
Strategic Growth Partner
● Work directly with a top-ranked CRE coach and operator
● Translate real-world deal experience into scalable marketing assets
● Help position the brand as the obvious authority in commercial real estate coaching

● Higher conversion rates across ads, pages, and funnels

Who You Are
● A performance marketer who understands high-ticket services and coaching
● Comfortable owning results across ads, funnels, and conversion
● Strong instincts for positioning, messaging, and offer structure
● Data-driven, but not detached from real-world sales outcomes
● Able to move fast without breaking what already works
Requirements
● 3–7+ years in paid media, funnel building, or growth marketing
● Proven experience driving leads and sales for high-ticket offers
● Experience building and optimizing landing pages and funnels
● Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution and tracking
● Ability to operate independently with full ownership
Bonus (Not Required)
● Experience in real estate, CRE, or adjacent financial services
● Familiarity with webinar funnels, VSLs, or call-booking funnels
● Experience working with authority-based or personal brand businesses
● Copy and creative direction experience
