About the Role
We are looking for an Inbound Appointment Setter to manage and convert warm leads
coming from outbound campaigns into scheduled meetings — all through email.
This role is perfect for someone who writes excellent English, communicates with clarity and
persuasion, types quickly, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Handle and respond to approximately 3,500 inbound emails per month from prospects
generated by outbound campaigns.
● Engage leads through professional, persuasive, and concise email communication.
● Qualify interest and book appointments with the sales team.
● Maintain accurate tracking and updates in the company’s CRM or email system
(currently Email Vizon, though this may change).
● Collaborate with team members to optimize messaging and response strategies.

Performance Expectations
● Target: 250 booked appointments per month.
● Consistency is essential — failure to meet 250 bookings for more than one consecutive
month will result in removal from the team.

Requirements
● Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills.
● Fast and accurate typing — able to manage large email volumes efficiently.
● Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
● Highly organized and comfortable working with digital tools.
● Experience with email-based outreach or appointment setting is a plus.
● Familiarity with tools like Email Verizon or similar systems is a bonus (not mandatory).
