We are in search of an Administrative Assistant who can offer exemplary support to our team and help enhance the efficiency of our interior furniture business. Join us to play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth transactions and collaborations between our team and service providers.

What your day will look like
You'll be on the frontline, liaising with service providers, coordinating orders, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities you might have on any given day:
Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Manage and update the team’s calendar, schedule meetings related to orders, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize relevant documentation, like order details and service contracts.
Ensure efficient communication between the team and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with expense reporting related to orders and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support, including email management and document preparation.
Coordinate and support special projects or bulk orders as required.
Help streamline processes to improve overall team efficiency.
