Job description: Sales Assistant
Our client is a: US Based company that specialize in providing measurement services, construction documentation and building analysis for the real estate industry. Their clients include architects, landlords, builders, developers, real estate companies, between others. https://www.accudrafts.com/
They are passionate about helping the market get the most accurate buildings information via the use of the greatest technologies available.
The open role: We are looking for an ambitious sales assistant with a demonstrated experience in sales and customer service, to support our existing pipeline and leading us to conversations with potential clients.
The candidate: an experienced professional in the Sales and Marketing areas. Good communication skills, passionate about real estate, focused on providing sales support, customer service and prospecting.

Main Responsibilities:
• Utilizing real estate software for market research and generate profitable leads.
• Reaching out to prospects via email campaigns.
• Contacting leads to set up calls to discuss potential collaborations.
• Follow up: Sending reminders and updating the status of each lead in our system.
• Drafting and creating business proposals to address prospects and client’s needs.
• Project management of services sold.
• Billing / light accounting
• Managing social media accounts.

• Being on the lookout for the next idea on how to find our next clients more effectively.
• Attention to detail, great organizational skills, and diligent in follow-up.
• Self-motivated team player
• Have a ‘rolled-up sleeves’ mentality
