Our client mainly provides financial investment services for families in the US, Europe and LATAM. In addition to their core business, they need to address other lifestyle related requirements their clients have, such as: travel arrangements, events organization, nutrition, fitness, between others.
This candidate needs to be highly organized and a proactive, who will provide support for all lifestyle related issues of the families (whom to which the Family office company provides services)
Candidate must have ideally a background in travel or event management roles, personal or executive assistant. The role reports directly to the Head of Lifestyle & Logistics and teams up with the Manager of the Family Office.
Some of the responsibilities
• Support families in ad-hoc needs and collaborate with the family’s executive assistant in only non-investments related matters (i.e.: last minute trips, reservations, punctual property management, etc.)
• Research on the different trends, suppliers and potential lifestyle needs High income individuals need.
• Provide support for travel related issues as developing relationships with top-tier travel agencies.
• Develop a quarterly planning meeting to review how Lifestyle matters are going.
• Coordinate payments to the different providers and services the families are needing
• Lead the implementation, coordination, and follow-ups of a ‘health is wealth’ program with each individual family centered on: Medical appointments and annual checkups, etc.
• Identify and bring to the family specialists who can support the family’s journey and follow-up with the family regarding the effectiveness of these specialists.
• Support the recruiting efforts for the different families and the Family Office.
• Identify and coordinate with recruiters, families and conduct targeted LinkedIn searches and contacts to identify and connect with potential candidates.
The ideal candidate
• Bachelor's degree in tourism, event management or field related.
• Outgoing personality, in love with social events and establishing significant connections.
• Patience to overcome multiple changes in expectations and scheduling.
• Frugal owner mentality and ‘rolled-up sleeves’ mentality.
• Excellent reporting and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Candidates with passion about health (nutrition/fitness) related issues will be highly considered.
