What we are looking for
A highly analytical, ambitious team player paired with financial skills, looking to roll up your sleeves by diving into challenging topics and willing to go the extra mile. A passion for entrepreneurship, venture, and early-stage tech funding is a great starting point.
Excellent communication skills are needed as this is a remote role with frequent asynchronous communication. Full honesty, full ownership, and full responsibility are expected at all times.

Your role
You will be working directly with Lendity’s founder in managing day-to-day operations to:
• Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities end-to-end
• Conduct preliminary screening of potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, business models, and risks
• Perform detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring
• Monitor the portfolio and assist with all relevant financial tasks and internal reports
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models and internal policies
• Provide daily support to the founder managing the day-to-day business
• Research markets to identify opportunities and enhance investment strategy
• Handle ad-hoc projects with short notice, acting as a proactive "firefighter" where needed
• Support in sales, marketing, and administrative tasks, including the creation of content, pitching materials, and maintenance of CRM, tools, and documents

Your profile
• Curious self-starter with strong business acumen, drive and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Graduated in an economics, finance, accounting, or engineering degree program
• A minimum of 2 years of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Private Equity and/or related financial services experience
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial statements including building and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Open and curious personality where you enjoy working with people to solve problems
• Solid analytical skills and very high attention to detail
• Excellent English, both writing and speaking, and solid Excel / PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work independently and with a high degree of reliability from day one
• Fast learner, hands-on and structured professional with excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with our customers
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks
• A plus:
o Relevant working experience in Private Debt
o Passion for and knowledge of early-stage technology companies’ financing
o Experience with distributed companies
