What we are looking for
We are looking for a tech-savvy, fast learner, and all-rounder individual to support the team in a role focusing on Business and Marketing functions, including project and tools management.

This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team working with the decision-makers of high-growth European tech companies. The role allows the candidate to learn the business day by day while significantly impacting its growth.

Excellent communication skills are needed as this is a remote role with frequent asynchronous communication. Full honesty, full ownership, and full responsibility are always expected.


Your role
- Manage and optimize business applications and tools, including redesigning workflows, building automation, and implementing new technologies to support operations.
- Manage and execute marketing efforts, including website, SEO, social media, events, design, and others.
- Management of internal and external projects across all business functions.
- Support the deal team with client interactions and reporting needs.
- Perform research, data analysis, and business intelligence.
- Support the team in day-to-day operations including undertaking ad-hoc administration tasks as required.


Your profile
- Tech-savvy, curious, persistent, and fast learner experienced professional.
- Strong can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and bias for action to get things done. You need to be a doer.
- Comfortable using and learning the latest business software applications, such as CRM, Project - Management, Business Intelligence, Workflow Automation, Data Analysis, and no-code tools.
- Previous experience using Notion, Hubspot, Canva, WordPress, and BI tools is a plus.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent in both written and spoken English, capable of clear and effective interaction.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, especially when communicating with various stakeholders including clients.
- Self-Starter: Able to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects efficiently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a remote role is a plus.
