We are looking for a Sales Manager Assistant with excellent communication skills.

You should be kind and able to easily build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. As a team, we are extremely hardworking and close-knit.


Role Responsibilities

● The main work will be sending email to big firms, handling the CRM of the firm and other databases.(150 is the minimum targeted)
● Writing the proposals and necessary updates
● Coordinating different vendors including getting quotes
● Support and Coordination of meeting while there is a planned
● Organization and preparations of the marketing materials and folders
● Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead
generation methods
● Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

Requirements
First degree
Fluent English
Experience in working in sales team
