Position Overview

We are seeking a resourceful and driven Marketing and Lead Generation Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing. The successful candidate will assist in executing our marketing strategy, with a focus on generating leads and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Support the marketing team in organizing and executing online events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Requirements

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points

- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media management tools) is a plus.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus, but not required.
- Hands-on experience with the following software and tools:
- X (former Twitter)
- Notion
- Slack
- Figma
- Loom
