Our PMO plays a vital role in aligning project execution with company strategy, maximizing efficiency, and preparing the organization for the future with fresh ideas and modern approaches.

Your Role – Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project KPIs and derive actionable insights
• Lead project controlling and initiate corrective measures
• Prepare tailored reports for stakeholders and manage escalations
• Standardize project methods and ensure process quality
• Support project teams through training, consulting, and tools
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure resource planning
• Contribute to strategic alignment and continuous improvement

Your Profile:
• Strong PM expertise (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile etc.)
• Analytical mindset with controlling and reporting experience
• Confident with tools like MS Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with leadership drive and a hands-on attitude
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• technical project experience preferred
