💡 We are looking for a creative, dynamic and detail-oriented `Senior Marketing Specialist`. In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving business growth.

You are the top member of the Marketing team, your mission is to create a great team around you and launch the company's Marketing strategy 🚀

You'll be responsible for defining and implementing our Marketing and growth programs.

You'll be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and have the resources to build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute the strategy you develop

Requirements
- B2B Marketing proven Experience & Knowledge.
- 4 / 5 years of experience in Marketing positions.
- Experience in Tech Industry.
- Great english communication skills.
- Creativity and content generator.
- Passionate about making things happen.
- Experience dealing with C-levels decision makers.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Based in Buenos Aires

Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to lead the Conexa marketing team.
💡 This role will play a pivotal role in developing the company’s digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
✔️ Understand Conexa's business in depth and define Customer Communication strategies.
✔️ Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates and motivates on our target audience.
✔️ Participate in business model discussions and contribute to the development of the company.
✔️ Marketing strategy: Take the lead on creating marketing strategy & campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.
✔️ Nurture existing relationships with actual Key Partners. Create and develop new relationships with Partners.
✔️ Events / Trips: Build an agenda of events and forums in which to participate as an actor within the tech ecosystem.
- Sales/Tech Events, Trips & Conferences: Planning and scheduling. Registration to potential gatherings, and creation of Commercial Proposals.
✔️ Work aligned with the Sales Team in the search for new markets to reach potential new partners.
✔️ Social Media Management: Design and implement the communication and presence strategy on social media: LinkedIn, Instagram, etc
✔️ Manage the Marketing budget. Full Ownership here.
✔️ Content Creation: Develop marketing content for different channels.
