CELLASENE GOLD is an Italian brand with more than 30 years on the market.
The brand has brought the solution to women that want to get rid of cellulite and heavy legs with a reliable OTC medicine treatment supported by clinical studies.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will make the strategy happen while being the main contact between the customers/clients and the brand.
Our loyal customer base, and this “jewel” product, will give you lots of consumer insight. This will help you build organic growth to attain other women that are still eager to find a solution for their needs, enhancing the potential market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Learn the brand/product and the ENVIRONMENT perfectly
2. Identify the psychological and physical CONSUMER NEEDS and expectations
3. CO-CREATE the Brand Marketing Strategy (digital and traditional).
4. LEAD our partners (sales, digital agencies, creators, etc.) to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
5. Differentiate the STRATEGY from the multiple TOOLS available today (Digital and IT related)
6. Produce visually appealing and IMPACTFUL graphics and video assets.
7. Understand the HOW and WHY of all digital tools, including social media and AI.
8. ANALYZE and MEASURE, suggesting improvements and fine tunning to perform even better
9. ACCOUNTABILITY for the Brand P&L
10. Develop the conditions for an EVER-CHANGING distribution channel to help reach the appropriate customers/clients

SKILLS

• FAST learner, with a Marketing acumen well mixed with FINANCIAL perspective (P&L and GM responsibilities)
• Creative and with a natural HELICOPTER view mind set
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape.
• EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Humanistic major/minor will be appreciated.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing with strong understanding of strategic tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation. Familiar with IT universe.
• Track and analyze campaign performance through digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
• Relevant content creation, graphic design, video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and HTML
