We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in our rapidly expanding operations.
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance our financial functions, including the closing, reporting, and treasury processes across all our global entities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Financial Accounting, Management Reporting, and People Management. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Financial Accounting – Lead the month-end close process, ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and manage daily banking requirements. You will be actively involved in performing and reviewing transactions, including equity, intercompany, and allocations, as well as maintaining ERPs (Argentina, Spain, US, Uruguay) and charts of accounts.
● People Management – Oversee the treasury, procurement, and accounts payable (A/P) team, manage 3rd party accounting consultants, and provide training to new and existing staff.
● Process Improvement – Implement new procedures to enhance departmental workflow, drive process improvements, and ensure the enforcement of proper accounting policies and principles.
● Management Reporting – Support the efficient production of consolidated financial statements and respond to financial inquiries from the CFO, Controller, and company-wide managers.
● Audit & Compliance – Assist in preparing for annual external audits, coordinate with auditors, and support the adherence to overall department goals and objectives.
The position reports to the Global Controller
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
● Leadership Experience – Proven track record as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong ability to mentor and develop staff while fostering a culture of teamwork.
● Technical Excellence – Deep working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial statements, ensuring your ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in complex financial environments.
● Multinational Experience – Demonstrated experience working with multi-entity and multi-currency operations, enabling you to manage the complexities of global financial management.
● ERP Proficiency – Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other major ERP systems is highly preferred, ensuring you can leverage technology for process optimization.
● Advanced Spreadsheet Skills – Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to handle data analysis and financial modeling efficiently.
● Adaptable and Self-Directed – Highly flexible in meeting changing priorities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to independently prioritize tasks to deliver accurate results on time.
● Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
