In this role, you will be a key support for our Small and Medium Business Team, primarily responsible for processing client and agency campaigns. Your daily tasks will include essential operational duties like validating materials and generating campaign reports.
We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic individual who is a proactive internet and social media user. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player ready to make an impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and prospect sales (calls, emails, etc.).
- Build and develop client relationships.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Provide support and technical assistance to clients.
- Organize and manage account information, assets, data, and reports.
- Process Campaigns requirements to Partners (Tickets, Purchase Orders, Campaigns, Insertion Orders,etc.)
- Validation of available inventory and campaign requirements/materials.
- Tracking requests to Partners.
- Collaborate closely with teams from other departments, such as the Operations Hub, Sales Administration, among others.
Skills and Experience Required:
- You are a top talent, current University student in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Communication, or a similar field.
- Be English proficient (Advanced Level).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Drive.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams and under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and show flexibility.
- Operate with technical perfection while collaborating effectively with others.
