As Education Platform Manager, you will oversee our educational platform and LMS. Your role includes instructional design, content creation, collaboration with HR, engagement with e-Learning providers, and user management. Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Learning Management System including users, contents, reports, communications, gamification features, among others.
- Act as an instructional designer, creating content and courses tailored to the company's learning needs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Talent (HR) team to understand the company's internal education requirements. Lead the project and oversee content creation, working closely with subject matter experts.
- Engagement with e-Learning Content Providers: Conduct meetings with e-Learning content providers for specific needs. In this role, you will be responsible for testing courses on the platform, assigning courses to relevant users, enable or disable from catalogue, etc.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding on the platform. Organize users to assign them trainings and set up corresponding email communications.
- Play a crucial role in process automation, focusing on data management and reporting. This includes tracking and collecting data on user completion rates for training programs and identifying areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Advanced Level of English.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in similar positions is required.
- Prior experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or managing virtual classrooms/campuses is essential. Instructional design experience is also preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: comfortable with using Microsoft Office, Google Drive and other apps. Knowledge of design tools like Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma is a plus.
- Intermediate understanding of data and analytics concepts is preferred.
- Educational background in fields such as Communication, Education, Human Resources, among others.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and teamwork.
