Finance Data Entry Analyst

Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Data Entry Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, validating, and inputting critical
financial information, ensuring data integrity to facilitate informed decision-making. This role is
essential to ensuring our accounting processes and reports remain accurate, efficient, and up-to-
date.

Key Responsibilities:
● Data Management & Entry: Perform the accurate collection, digitalization, and entry
of financial information, including invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other
accounting documents.
● Data Validation: Ensure all entered data complies with internal controls and current
accounting standards.
● Report Generation: Assist in the creation of periodic financial reports, classifying
information by aging, debt status, or expense categories using automation tools.
● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation in data entry to improve
team productivity (using scripts, advanced formulas, or BI tools).
Candidate Profile:
● Education: Advanced student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration,
Accounting, or a related field.
● Experience: 0–1 year in administration, back-office, auditing, or financial data analysis
roles (internships will be valued).
● Excel: Advanced Excel skills (required: pivot tables, macros, lookup functions).
● Tools: Knowledge of Power BI or SQL (desirable) and a willingness to learn proprietary
software.
● Language: Intermediate-advanced English (ability to interpret reports and communicate
in global environments).
● Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and strong
integrity in handling confidential information.
