We are seeking a hands-on Data Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to help build and maintain the Company's data ecosystem.
This person will work across the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction and integration through transformation, storage, modeling, and visualization. The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to ensure data becomes a strategic asset across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources through APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, and governance.
• Support data modeling and architecture initiatives.
• Build datasets that support analytics, reporting, AI applications, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to enable data-driven innovation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize data infrastructure performance.
• Document processes, pipelines, and data assets.
Ideal Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Knowledge of Python and data processing frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.
• Experience integrating data from APIs and external platforms.
• Understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Curiosity about AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
