We’re looking for a Data Warehouse Operations & Integrations Analyst to strengthen the
systems and insights that power our mission. You’ll help ensure our global data flows
accurately, reliably, and is ready to inform the work we do every day.

What You’ll Work On
• Oversee and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage and improve ETL/ELT workflows using tools like dbt, Fivetran, or Airbyte.
• Write and run SQL scripts for data migrations, transformations, and updates.
• Use data modeling best practicesto structure the warehouse for analysis and reporting.
• Support colleagues with Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and data access issues.
• Troubleshoot inconsistencies and help maintain clean, reliable datasets.
• Keep documentation, data mappings, and processes up to date.
• Partner with teams across the organization to understand data needs and deliver
practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience working with data platforms like SQL Server, Snowflake, or
Synapse.
• Strong SQL skills and a good eye for data quality.
• Experience with integration tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte, or Salesforce Data
Loader.
• Solid knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work through challenges independently.

Nice to Have
• Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Knowledge of modern data stack tools or reverse ETL.
• Some scripting experience (Python or PowerShell).
• Background in CRM or data platform migrations.
