Position Requirements
• Advanced student of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 📚
• Interest and savviness in working with Artificial Intelligence tools
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs according to client contexts
• English fluent or advanced
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Availability to work on a hybrid model (3 days at the office (located in Núñez) / 2 days from home)
• Previous experience is not required

Job workload is 20 hours a week, with flexibility in terms of time and home-office requirements. Program will last a maximum of 18 months.

Main Responsibilities
• Conducting profile hunting and research according to client’s needs and context
• Updating databases and contact details
• Developing out-of-the-box strategies to solve roadblocks
• Preparing draft documents such as Job Specs, Search Progress Reports, Candidate Reports, Market Mapping Presentations, Leadership Assessment Reports, Cultural Mappings, Team Workshop Decks
• Supporting teams in a Consulting framed environment, working with different stakeholders, from various industries, at the same time, managing deadlines
• Joining interviews and client debrief sessions to learn more about our business and how the leadership scenario unfolds
• Assisting in Business Development opportunities by crafting commercial presentations and processing market information, news, announcements, etc.
