About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead a team of developers in maintaining our internal systems, creating new internal features, and developing the MVP of a new platform for Resorsi LLC. The candidate will first need to understand how everything is currently connected and plan for the continuous improvement of Resorsi's systems. The role requires the use of agile methodologies and Jira to track team tasks and promote productive development.

Business Description:
Resorsi LLC is a staffing company dedicated to hiring talent from Latin America for the U.S. market. We are in the process of creating a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform to effectively and automatically process new candidates using Artificial Intelligence. This platform will also feature a client dashboard to present candidates in a more user-friendly and professional manner.
