La Machi – Communication for Good Causes is looking for a Part-Time Administration & Finance Assistant to join our team!
🔹 Location: Remote – Argentina preferred, but open to candidates from other countries 🌍
🔹 Contract Type: Part-time (Full-time candidates will also be considered)
🔹 Department: Administration & People
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support administrative and financial tasks, including invoice processing, document management, and payment follow-ups.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Process and manage invoices, payments, and collections
✔️ Organize and maintain digital and physical files (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
✔️ Track documentation requests, deadlines, and approvals
✔️ Assist with general administrative tasks and meeting coordination
✔️ Create reports and presentations
✔️ Support Finance & Administration teams to streamline processes
💡 What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Excellent Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
✅ Analytical mindset, autonomy, and initiative
✅ Experience with Google Drive tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
✅ Knowledge of Asana (desirable but not mandatory)
✅ Intermediate/Advanced English skills (Italian & Portuguese are a plus)
