We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter with a strong commercial background and excellent fluent English (C1 or higher) to join our team. This role is responsible for contacting and qualifying prospects, scheduling strategic meetings for the sales team, and ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify potential clients via phone and email.
Identify customer interest in our products and services.
Schedule meetings for sales representatives.
Manage and update lead information in a CRM by documenting notes and progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance conversion strategies.
Meet and exceed call, meeting scheduling, and lead conversion goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or commercial roles.
CRM management experience for lead tracking and follow-up.
Fluent English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills.
Proactive mindset, goal-oriented, and ability to work under targets.
