YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Account Manager you are the primary point of contact for several of our major clients. You find solutions and accompany the order process from start to finish.
You will:

*be responsible for the receipt of customer orders
*follow up and prompt resolution of any issues which may arise throughout the order process
*manage relevant data regarding orders
*establish and maintain positive effective relationships with our external customers
*work closely with your colleagues in our Dallas Headquarter


WHO YOU ARE

*you have a degree in business administration, engineering or similar
*you have excellent communication skills and are able to establish a strong relationship with our customers
*you are fluent in English and Spanish
*you are proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
*you face challenges with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
iIdeally, you have first working experience within the logistics environme
