Role Overview:
As a Back Office Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant clients onto the platform using internal tools, as well as providing ongoing support to existing clients. Your tasks include building landing pages, designing promotional flyers, configuring restaurant settings, and setting up Point of Sale (POS) integrations.

Shift Schedule:
5 days a week
9 hours a day (including one hour paid lunch)
May include nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new restaurant clients to the platform using internal and external tools
Configure restaurant settings based on predefined templates
Build appealing landing pages using WIX or WordPress content management systems
Create visually engaging flyers to help promote restaurants’ offerings
Set up integrations between restaurant POS systems and the platform

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant tech industry
Proficiency in building web pages on WIX or WordPress
Strong design skills, particularly in creating promotional flyers
Familiarity with Back Office tools and experience with customer configurations
Proficiency with CRM and ticket management systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
Strong customer focus and a positive attitude
Attention to detail, patience, and understanding when working with clients
Enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems
Capable of remote work with strong self-organization skills
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Toast and Square configurations
Experience with startups, particularly in e-commerce
Background in technical support or QA
Any technical or IT-related experience
